Things to avoid

We have experienced and heard a lot of epic stories of those who luckily survived and those who could have made it if they had proper gears and pre-check up (health, weather forecast etc.) done.

We don’t recommend you to go on a trek if:

  1. You’re unhealthy or suffering from a disease.
  2. Your BMI is wither low or high.
  3. Your age is above 65 years (exceptions in some cases).
  4. You’re a first timer and choosing a trek from difficult category.
